A deposit will be taken when an appointment is booked. If you wish to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 24hrs or unfortunately you will lose your deposit.
If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment or you miss/no show your appointment you will be charged 100%. If using a voucher, you will use 50/100% of its value. Deposits are non-refundable unless you have mitigating circumstances.
Your appointment may be released if you are more than 10 minutes late or we may have to reduce your treatment time in order to keep to the following client's treatment time.
All treatment times include consultation, preparation and treatment time.
